Multichoice as useless as ever!!!

Tonight, 19 October 2022 I am watching channel 212. Currently, according to the I plate info, I should be watching CSA T20 HL '22: Rocks v WP. Multichoice is now showing the highlights of the ICC T20 World Cup of the game Namibia vs Netherland. Can you please explain this? This is not the first time I am complaining about this!!! This is once again the pathetic service I have to pay for, because one of your employees failed to do the job he gets paid for!!! Pathetic is actually an understatememt!!! To think that Multichoice has a special " Hellopeter Team" , just to react to the numerous complaince, is mind blowing. Something tells me they know their service is beyond pathetic!!! So once again this "Team" is going to send me an answer that they are looking into the matter, and that would be the end of it!!! Obviously Multichoice could not give a ****!!!!
