Multichoice are *******!
Just got a message stating my debit order will go off on 01/06. I canceled/suspended my account a year ago...just ran my ID number on your whatsapp bot and it states my service is ACTIVE????? Surely that's an error as I did NOT request my DStv account to be reinstated!!!!!
Especially in this economic time where people are struggling to make ends meet due to lockdowns, activating old debit orders from clients that canceled their subscriptions a year ago and haven't been using your service is theft!!! Should the debit order go off on 01/06 I WILL take the matter further!

03 Jun 2020, 09:08STILL waiting for a response from Multichoice. Had to go into the bank to reverse the debit order as low and behold it went through anyway!! So even though the DSTV: Hello Peter Team claimed someone was looking into it, nothing has happened in 5 days and they "pushed" through the ********** debit order anyway!
