I contacted multichoice to terminate my service for their endless repeats which they masquerade as a service. My first contact with them was on 3 October when I instructyed t hem to cancel the service immediately. They told me that my service would run until 8 November as that was when I was paid up to. Fair enough. Then they debited me again - despite an instruction not to. I phoned them again and was profusely apologised to - their system must have had a glitch they tell me and I must dispute the payment with my bank to get a refund - which is unacceptable that I must do something because they are ***********. They ********ly take money in contravention of a direct instruction and i must wait for them to pay me back. And then, despite all of this, they debit me again. This makes them ******* - they are now ********ly *****ng my money.
