Multichoice Are ****mers

DSTV/Multichoice sending me pillar to post when it's time to refund me R10 000 that I paid by mistake to their account. Logged a refund request 29 June 2023, until now they keep lying and say I should expect refund every Monday. They're not sympathetic even if I tell them the money was for rent and I'm on a verge of being put out my rental property. There's no someone from finance department who checks and attends to my case.
