MultiChoice are CON ARTISTS

I currently have 1 x Explora decoder with MultiChoice and on the 29/10/18 they took R599.33 from my current account, on the 31/10/18 they took R1500.00 from my account. After numerous phone calls and emails I am in a situation where MultiChoice deny all knowledge of receiving payment and have done nothing to resolve the problem and all for the worst TV service I have ever seen, all they do is show repeat after repeat...Total *******!
