Multichoice are cheats in my eyes

Multi choice is becoming a bad divorcée, I have a cash account meaning I pay Inadvance for services .I haven’t payed meaning I have cancelled the service now all of the sudden the want cancellation notices , does this mean they have been ***** if me with all of my pass R50 reconnect fees ? I feel they are cheats for wanting money from cash accounts and when calling them their call centers don’t have proper answers .How do you cancel a contract that you don’t have ? Multi choice are cheats in my eyes .....
