Multichoice are ******* and ******s

DSTV decided to add R150 to my next bill for no reason and when I tried several times to call and query this, I had no success. The service on my home TVs was unavailable for 2 whole days even though I am fully paid up, and still I am billed the full monthly charge plus the extra R150 which is unexplained and out of nowhere.

Do not pay DSTV any bill that is not agreed to by yourself, otherwise DSTV will attempt to overcharge you without your consent with seemingly small amounts that most customers may not notice and let slip by without realizing that you ,the customer, are being ******.

Multichoice are ******* and ******s and should be taken to task by the authorities for their thievery.
