Multichoice are actually deceiving ******

DStv are big time cooks... They literally force they customers to keep paying for services they do not require as I can't even cancel their services ofwhitch I didn't even request. It's been 3months now after my last review on this matter and they promised me that they will cancel these services and have their router picked up but nothing.. Instead when I call in they pretent to b listening they later promise to be transferring my call to the relevant department only to drop my calls. This has been going on repeatedly and I'm really fed up with DStv I won't lie. To think that I'm a very loyal customer to them for years now they always get their money in time but now I'm being treated like a low life hoping for free bees... DStv simply doesn't care about its customers all they care about is making money that's it.... To any1 reading this never trust a word that multichoice hoise says they just not trust worthy I deeply regret taking any contracts with them! They make no effort of even following up on u as they say they will and make sure all our issues are resolved..
