MultiChoice appalling service
Dstv SA service is a nightmare. I got my subscription suspended citing lack of payment even though I have paid and forwarded them the proof of payment. I've been without visual the entire month of August even though payment was made on the 1st of August. I've been calling their customer care and even sending them emails every 4th day to try and resolve the matter, but they keep on lying claiming that they've allocated the payment but to my surprise my subscription was never restored. I'm disgusted with their service or lack of it thereof to a point where I've decided to cut ties with them all together.

31 Dec 2020, 00:26My issue hasn't been resolved yet. Apparently I owe MultiChoice August balance even though I have forwarded proof of payment to prove that I actually paid for the said month. My current balance which is due on the 1st Jan 2021 is sitting on R920 which is not a true reflection of the truth.
