Multichoice and their sub LETHUZIPHO are con

I'm still waiting for their feedback since I reviewed them more than 2 weeks ago. Multichoice and their sub LETHUZIPHO are not serious with their customers. I still have issues with Multichoice from 16 of February than I call a technician who went awol for 2 weeks come back with LNB that was bought from LETHUZIPHO shop no 9 seadoone mall Dooneside south of Durban since I didn't need it anymore I took it back to the shop with the receipt they refused to take it back and refund me. And their receipt there is not even 1 no refund
