Multichoice and their agents suck!

Multi choice sent me an sms stating that I would pay R275 if I activate my account and I did but that was not activated, called several times to get it sorted with no luck until my account was blocked, hlengiwe gumede and other *********** agents kept putting me on hold for an hour with no help or any team leader to assist, canceling my account with them!

Thanks, but that's what I've been hearing that it will resolve "as soon as possible", it's being escalated and that will get response within 24hours but it's been 4 days now and worse my account is disconnected because I can't pay the R445 reflecting, I was promised to pay R275 for the next three months, this is actually false adverti*****t
