MULTICHOICE AND ITS ***** WAYS AND DEBITING OUR MONIES

I am writing this review with great great great disappointment in Multichoice . I was sent an email with the price increases and then i saw a deal for DSTV expolora which is R649 per month , I went through with it and now I was advised to pay R600 which includes my monthly subscription and an extra amount for the two days of using the explora,which this amount I did pay at Maponya Mall, the problem is i called in again after the installer had connected the explora ,now on Saturday i was debited R500 and something which really ****ed me , i called in and they said they will reverse the money into my account which I have not received yet and im slowly losing my patience with Multichoice, I asked a good question on Saturday to say is the subscription R1200 or R649 , I want to be clear on that one, is Multichoice giving us false information ,false advertising and doing as they please with our monies. I am really ****ed and angry , I need the money to be back into my account ASAP . I have a great mind to expose certain individuals ,male individuals who are hooligans and work at Multichoice ,do not make me angry.
