Multichoice and Aerilaexcellence (Pta East MC outlet) are pathetic!

GD I send an email on various occasions to MC to DSTV.help. I got no reply or preferable a phone call. As an installer I got lots of old decoders from my DSTV customers after I upgraded them. I always have a problem of transfer of ownership. I cant remember all the customers where I got decoders from and the documentation has also been changed since then. I told MC if they don't response or help me I will do a review on HelloPeter. They ignored me and here I am.

I sold decoders. Some guys could transfer it to heir names. With the exact same documentation, they cant get it done at Pretoria's MC branch who call themselves Aerialexcellence. I always have problems with them. My customer was humiliated by them after he stood in a queue for close to 2 hours.

I got an affidavit from SAP with a list of all decoders serial numbers and smartcards. This was instructed buy multichoice!!! I would like MC to mark all my decoders as second hand as I'm the new lawful owner of these decoders. Some guys want to come and return decoders I sold them and they want to go for OVHD!!!
