Multichoice Analogue Digital Migration

So, I get told by customer service that I must pay R350 for the FORCED analogue/digital migration and I agree to this.

Yesterday I spent 58 minutes driving home and 69 minutes driving back to work, to allow the installation to take place.

Then your installation contractor arrives and demands an additional R570.00 for a longer pole which has not been included in the kit that was provided to them by Multichoice.

I call in to the migration number of Multichoice and get told that under no circumstances must I pay anything to the installers.

Multichoice then tells the installers to leave and tells me they will send another installer, with the extended pole, since Multichoice admittedly is responsible for all costs over and above the quoted R350.00.

Now this ‘new’ installer arrived this morning and ALSO demands additional payment for the extended pole????!!!! This time R350 excluding VAT.

So I refuse to pay and they proceed with the installation with a short pole.

I then asked them if I am going to get proper signal and gets told that they cannot guarantee that.???

SAY WHAT??

I requested the installer to remove themselves off of my premises.

I expect and IMMEDIATE credit for the failure by Multichoice to provide me with a signal for the last 4 weeks and also credit for the period until such time as Multichoice provides me with clear signal again.
