Multichoice agents are a disgrace

I have never been so disrespected by a girl like this today I spoke to a girl named Babalwa asking her for assistance she was so rude and did not want to assist me in anyway, I have never felt so upset in my life, my dstv is not working and she's yelling at me and laughing at me what kind of call center are these people running when agents are speaking to us like this, is this how they train their consultants cause iam going to cancel my dstv services as of today!!!!
