Multichoice Agent and supervisor couldn't help me

Multichoice Agent name -londeka mkhatha Supervisor name- nomkhosi khuzwayo

I called the call center and reported my problem to the above mentioned agent and she tried to assist me but the problem of my decoder kept on doing the same thing ,I later on realized that she is new and she is a trainer because I could hear that she is not sure of the solution as she was taking me all around....then I requested to speak to someone higher than her which is the supervisor and she went to call the supervisor on duty ...to my surprise the supervisor said she is busy with the meeting so so she should try to assist me ....then she came back she tried the same thing ....I was on that call for 58 minutes and I couldn't get help and supervisor came all of sudden and she spoke something that I couldn't even understand but to the matter of fact she couldn't assist me and she said she will call me back ...and I asked her If how do u say to a training agent that u knw could need assistance and u just say u are in a meeting...what is important between a meeting that a customer that is experiencing a problem with ur product ofwhich the same product pays u if I utilize it well ...and she was ignoring me and kept on saying she will call me back....as I'm writing now I was never called since 17:37 waiting for her call untill now 18:47 ....Nomkhosi khuzwayo is so so unprofessional and she doesn't practice customer services very well as satpulated and they told me to go to the nearest multichoice ofwhich they knw that branches are closed....I wish to cancel dstv and go to Netflix and showmax.......that's my bad experience with multichoice till now I'm not watching TV meanwhile I'm paying
