Multichoice agent
Had a problem with my settings after a software update .I phoned the call center and after i spoke to one agent she told me she doesn't understand my problem so i phoned back but the same person again. She asked me to do factory default setting, And i asked wont i loose my settings to my extra-view and rooms and was told no, guess what i did ! Then she told me a Technician will phone me that was 5 days ago
