Multichoice affiliates taking advantage of Multichoice customers

We were called by an on-air agent in 2020 under the pretence of being a Multichoice agent. Who informed us that dstv compact decoder was being phased out and we needed to upgrade to dstv explora for a monthly fee of R179 for a period 24 months. 3 years later were still being debited and can't seem to get hold of them on their customers care line.
