Multichoice adding ******* amounts on my account!

My DSTV Residential account is paid via EFT, my Box Office account is on debit order - proof emailed to Multichoice, yet they ALWAYS put the EFT payment on my Box Office account, then I have to phone them to transfer to the correct account. Yes, the reference number is correct - they confirmed it!

This month, Box Office debit order goes off, no problem. DSTV is paid via EFT and proof sent - typically have to call to transfer funds to correct account. That all is sorted out on 28 April 2016.

On 7 May 2016, I try to rent a movie, when my Box Office shows insufficient funds - impossible, as it should be on debot order?? I pay R70 into my account and try again - still insufficient funds.

So I call Multichoice - they say my Box Office account is in arrears with R815!! How is that even humanly possible???

I first spoke to a VERY rude Itumeleng, who told me that the EFT payment I made reversed and now I better pay them, otherwise my account will be suspended! I told him that an EFT account CANNOT reverse, as you make the payment if there are funds available - no help from this rude guy. I ask to speak to the supervisor and obviously this guy cuts me off.

I call back and speak to a MUCH nicer Promise, who tells me the same story, I then send her my proof of payment AND bank statement to show NOTHING reversed and that who ever transfered the payment to my residential account, did not clear my Box Office account - incompetance?!

She said that she will escalate my problem and my account will be sorted out. That was 7 May, today is 23 May and nothing is done from Multichoice!!!

FIX MY ACCOUNT!!! ***4
