Multichoice added ads on onto my account without my consent and i was paying for all along not being aware

Multichoice added ads on onto my account without my consent and i was paying for all along not being aware. My services was suspended but i was surprised because even month i pay extra on my account then i paid my premium to day still they don't reactivate my services, they said i have ads on onto the account which i didn't sign up for. Pathetic service provider they aint loyal to their clients at all
