Please be aware that Multichoice is adding Disney + to customers' accounts without authorization from the customers... Please see sms they are sending to customers: Disney+ Monthly plan has been activated on your account linked to mobile number - Start watching on - https://www.apps.disneyplus.com/ml?t=1L8RIX5zTB-t1iHX On inquiry with customer service, they processed a cancelation and laid blame squarley on their marketing division...

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the unauthorised activation of Disney+ may have caused. It is not our practice to add services to customers' accounts without their explicit authorization and we deeply regret any misunderstanding in this regard.
Upon receiving your complaint, we initiated a thorough investigation and determined that the activation was done in error. However, we acknowledge that the process led to unwanted activations, and we take full responsibility for rectifying the situation. All charges have since been reversed and Disney+ has been removed from your account to ensure you're billed accordingly.
Our team is committed to assisting affected customers with prompt cancellations and ensuring that they are not charged for unauthorized services.
We have already taken corrective measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
