<p>Bought an Explora at Makro (Springfield-Durban) great customer expirience at Makro, the Poor guy Phumlani gave us or rather took our Details down so that the Installer can call us back, (01/07/2017)</p> <p>-(03/07/2017)- The Installer Number calls 0861 Number whilst i'm working, when i went on Lunch gave the Installation company a call, (I dont even know their name cause the Agents do not even mention them properly, i was kept on the Call for more than 20 Minutes, even after i asked the Agents: Joana (Rude Girl, and Mxolisi, Xolela-Another rude agent). I was promised that i will receive a call today (03/07/2017) and will be called until i answer, non of that happend, Xolela actually said "Ohh You've made your point"-Shut me down whilst still talking to him. (Rude Installtion Agent-Bad Expirience and DSTV name is getting dragged on the Mud because of Lacking Customer Expirience agents. Stay at home man give people who really need that job a Job.</p>
