Multichoice Account payment not reflecting

I paid my DSTV annual subscription online by credit card on 28/3 via PayU, but still receive messages requesting me to settle my overdue account. When I checked my account balance online, the payment had still not been allocated to my account! Please sort this out immediately - I will cancel my subscription the moment I'm cut off!

I'm still waiting for feedback; the account balance is unchanged and nothing appears on my transaction history. Some urgency would be appreciated.

Despite sending the transaction details as requested 3 days ago, and being assured that the payment would be allocated to my account, I received another message saying that my account is overdue and will be suspended. I thought this matter had been taken care of, but sadly the amount of R8,349 is still shown as payable and the payment hasn't been allocated as promised.
It appears that solving this matter is beyond your capabilities: please advise how I should go about requesting a refund on my payment. Should I just reverse it on my credit card?
