I just wish there was a negative rating honestly because the ****** multichoice doesn't even deserve a 1 star.
the stupid decoder still giving me problems after they delivered it after I told them to cancel the whole thing. Can someone come and take this useless decoder and give me my money back because it's been nothing but pain from the first day.

01 Apr 2021, 13:39Y'all are tiring..... now I am told to go to a walk in center with the decoder. The reason I bought it online was because because I didn't want to go to your walk in center. I have been complaining for 2 weeks about this stupid purchase, from your agents not being able to pick it up, to the delivery which couldn't be traced, to being told I have to carry the stupid box to a walk in center. y'all are just a pain and ********. I asked for a refund they say they cant do it because its not showing under my name...... what nonsense is this?

01 Apr 2021, 13:47I have been on the phone for more than 2 hours today trying to get help, but none can help me. I am not going to visit your nearest walkin center, just come take your trash i am sure I can get better services and contents from other providers.
