Multichoice: A Refund Odyssey

I accidentally entered the wrong payment reference, and it's been a nightmare trying to get the payment allocated to the correct account or refunded. Multichoice seems more interested in holding onto the money. At this point, it's not worth the effort. All I can say is that, as usual, their customer care is appalling.
