Multichoice....? A good company gone bad.!

I signed a price lock contract and within months my September debit order was R400 higher than normal. I asked for documentation showing this breakdown and have received nothing. Further requests followed.....all produced nothing. I've rarely seen such incompetence or ignorance in a company of this stature. As a result I have disputed and then cancelled debit orders......and followed up with my interpretation of what the debit order would be by making a payment in good interests. I cannot get the interests of their call centre nor their collections department....their WhatsApp line is a joke. Sorry Multichoice your service is disgusting. Netflix may be the way.
