Multichoice - a day light *******
Good day
DSTV is a ***** and worse than armed ******s, since the 28 August 2023, I made a payment error of R6000 instead of R600. I have made numerous enquiries to *** to no success. It has been promise after promise to date. My last attempt with my bank for a recall has also failed since Multichoice has refused to cooperate after acknowledging receiving the amount in question and making three written promises to refund. please help if you know anyone Senior in the company to assist. I have lost hope and trust on the system. thanks
