Multichoice a bunch of ******

I was supposed to pay R525 on my dstv subscription and while making an EFT I accidentally sent R5250 I then contacted dstv to let them know about my mistake which they were very well aware of and they promised to refund me the difference which was appropriately R4700 but to this day they haven't I have since sent emails to numerous people with proof of payment bank statements my ID copy but still no response from dstv . I've contacted dstv numerous times but they always haven't received this or the other which I still provide I think multichoice is a but of hopeless ****** as if their viewing content isn't bad enough now they stop so low as to keep my hard earned money
