Multichoice
Absolutely useless I asked multichoice to put on extra view for me they absolutely messed everything up now both decoders are off and they don't know how to correct this After spending over 200 rand on airtime calling them and told they will get tech to phone me I have waited 4 days I have spoken to 10 consultants via live chat and only reply after an hour then they close the chat then after the 10th try of waiting on the live chat for over an hour finally I get a response and all I get is I don't know what's happening we will get tech to contact and 4th day no one has called I would pull out from dstv completely if it wasn't for the price lock Useless service

04 Sept 2019, 11:36 we have managed to sort out the problem after speaking to so many consultants the only lady that took the time to actually call and help us was a lady named Quanita pikini Absolutely amazing service from herSo helpful patient and spent almost an hour on the phone with us Out of all the useless consultants I have spoken to while being with dstv she has been hands down the best 1 I hope this feed back gets her some kind of acknowledgement for the outstanding service she provides for multichoice
