I would love to inform multichoice about what is happening with the call centre in port elizabeth!Icwas one of the agents their and yesterday I got dismissed for apparently participating in an iligal strike!I am furious as I am the only white person in Waajidah Pather team who was disciplined!I just found out that I would have gotten a promotion to outbound call centre!The agents working for Ison Bpo in port elizabeth have no clue what they are doing and Dstv is wasting their money in paying them to assist with services!Everytime I assisted someone with a proof of payment I had to write customer's details on my hand because we werent allowed pen and books,we get short paid every month last month I got paid R3300!I have gotten ear infection aswell as bladder infection because they dont sanitize their headsets,people scratched in their noses and earsvwith the mouth pieces!The managers of Ison bpo they dont assist the agents and it got to a point that the agent took each other managers calls because all day long they sit on whatsap using Ison's wifi!they make promises they cant keep!MULTICHOICE should make a plan to listen to the calls or do some investigation in the port elizabeth branch because their service is **** and managers and soforth is sitting on their asses!
