A lady by the name of Sweetness Ngidi acted against Poppy and TCF ,she issued and added policies for us without our authorisation and now They gave been blocking our Dstv for the past 3weeks because an unemployed mother couldn't afford the R389 only paid the R130 Premium but services are Disconnected. Really Disappointed by such act

13 Apr 2024, 20:32Our Dstv has been locked foe the passed 3 weeks we have been calling to seek to be unlocked bur due to the services added by one of your agent we must pay extra this is a Woman that relies on grant now she is expected to pay more that she subscribed to. This is against Poppy its against TCF and against Fsca regulations and as an fsp you should take actions against this person because and profile the owner of the dstv she is a,sick woman depending on grant. Check calls and request made for the Dstv to be opened and see that more fees are added and scubscription with additional amounts were added without terms being read on the call or confirming with the client . This is ******** and the agent deserves to make an apology or else we will push for her to be debated.
