Multichoice
The 2nd time in a space of 6 months that I am receiving such a disgusting service from DSTV ( ***) . Today I logged into my DSTV account to make payment, the amount of R1047.94 appeared as the amount due, I chose the Card payment option, and the system requested the usual card details including the CVV number. Payment was confirmed and funds deducted from my account. I waited for few minutes for reconnection as would normally do, but the connection was still off. Checked again 3 hours later and I was still off, this time a new request for payment appeared on their system, however the amount was lower than the amount I had paid earlier(R616). I called Multichoice and spoke to Siyamthanda Gangca, the Lady was useless she kept asking me to send her proof of payment. I had to educate her on her own system that the card system on their website doesn't send a proof of payment, and that the only thing I could sent was my transaction history. She then suggested she puts me through her manager, after attempting a few times she decided to drop the call in my face. I called again and this time Lady by the name Amber Abrahams answered, unfortunately it would seem Multichoice staff were trained by the same useless and *********** person. Amber was as useless as Siyamthanda. She went to speak to her manager by the name Lowethu and she was worse than both of them combined.
So, as I type this, I am still not connected despite the fact that payment was confirmed, and money deducted from my account. It appears I have been ****med by Multichoice. I have decided to make another payment and let's just hope they return my money.
