Multichoice

I was disconnected by Multichoice today for not paying the full amount of my subscription. I have been paying what I thought was the correct amount but was told that there had been a price increase in April. I asked for a reference where they had advised me of the increase. They had not informed me of the increase. It is no surprise that their membership numbers are on the decline. What gets me is the arrogance that they can do as they please.
