received an sms on the 04 July pay only R460 for 2 months when u upgrade to dstv compact plus before the 23 July, received the sms on the 4 July, then I opt in on the 11 July follow the steps then upgrade was done! then on the 2 August went to pay R460 as per agreement how ever was advice that the is a balance of R66.51 that still needs to be paid by the 7th of August, then I called on that day spoke to a guy, he said am on the R519 option. called on the 5 August spoke to Noma Nongauza she told me a different story she agrees that my account was on the upgrade promo for 2 months, she said we must pay 20.48 for connection fee she will send it for investigation then after 48 hours it should be back to R460. on the 07 August called in again to do the follow up, spoke to Sinethemba explain everything to her she said was not suppose to pay the R20.48 she will do a reversal then she put me on hold while she is doing that, while on hold then Curwin come to speak to me, he said that the promo ended on the 23 July so that means from the 24 July we where suppose to pay R564 of which I explain to him that I don't understand where it comes from because I received the promo sms on the 4 July then I opt in on the 11 July, when I asked him that he said he doesn't have the sms in front of him, its ether we pay the owing amount or he will down grade my account. he was very rude I even asked for his surname he said the are not allowed to give them to clients
