Multi non-choice!!!!
No option for zero stars?! i have had the poorest customer service and discourage anyone thinking of joining the Multichoice network to think twice!!
After 2 weeks of struggling i still have no refund in my account for funds ********ly deducted.
Empty apologies from staff but no one fixes the payment or the problem.
The least they could do is to credit my account with a few months free subscription for all the time, money, effort etc i have spent to sort this out but no wait, lets rather treat the customer with more empty promises and apologies!

07 Sept 2020, 10:15Just phoned Multichoice again, referred to my refund payment confirmation i received on Friday afternoon. I confirmed that refund was not received as yet and today is Monday.
The consultant stated that they experienced tech difficulties/error when payment was made so the payment still cant be refunded and i have to wait another 24/48 hrs!
How can Multichoice send payment confirmation to clients before the payment is made?!
Shouldnt you be sure payment has gone through before confirmation thereof!
Why must i wait another 24hours?! After my first HelloPeter email they stated loud and clear for everyone to read that they will fast track the request, now, it is days more than originally stated without the fast track!
No wonder people move to internet tv and Netflix if this is the kind of service they provide!
I have been a customer for more than 20 years - and this is how i am treated!!!!! :(

Just received a reply on my email sent this morning early.....
In my email i request them to urgently phone me and i give my landline number.
In their reply to my mail mentioned above they state that my phone goes straight to voicemail?!
They thus did not read my email or phone me on my number as i asked them to do..
Seems like reading is also a non-skill!
