multi debits by multi choice

<p>i was debited twice this month for dstv preminums , i tried asking dstv to refund me asap, all they say its they refunded me and i must follow up with my bank, i contacted my banker on two occasions but there is no money thats pending into my account. Even if i read my bank statement there is no such amount that was refunded. Had i owed multichoice my viewing would have been suspended within a blink of an eye, now they busy dragging their feets here. Is this some sort of *****?</p>
