Multi-Choice's contractual breach

Hello Peter,

I'm requesting your assistance to facilitate the closure of my Dstv account due to Multi-Choice's breach of contract. They are deducting the premium for a separate package I closed in September 2025. I expressed my frustration to them about this, but to no avail.
