Multi Choice Umhlanga EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

My husband and i just left multi choice a few minutes ago, i must say this has by far been the fastest service we have ever seen. Due to load shedding we found our dstv decoder not functional this morning so we went to multi choice walked it recieved a ticket from the friendly lady at reception and as soon as she handed us the ticket in less than 2 seconds we was called, we was assisted by a bubbly lady by the name of Minenhle Mkhize, we advised her that we have insurance with dstv for the decoder and after load shedding last night the decoder stopped functioning, we handed her the decoder and the power cables, she tested and immediately found the fault, had the power cable replaced while speaking to us and signed up all required documents in under 10 minutes.

This has been the best customer experience we have ever seen.
