Multi Choice Springs The Avenues branch is the shambles

I went to Multi Choice in Springs the Avenue branch 3 times and I was not assisted . I’m soo disappointed with the ghetto service they offer there. The ladies there were soo flipped rude and they were not willing to help, with the service I got from them I’m even thinking of cancelling my subscription. The first time I went I got the lady cleaning at 09:00 when I went in she was soo rude when advising me that they haven’t opened the. She went and told me they can’t assist me. It’s going to a month without me watching my TV and I have paid for my monthly subscription then the second time they were offline the whole day and they didn’t even go an extra mile to assist. There service is disgusting and I’m soo livid by the level of bad service those guys give to there fellow black clients
