Multi choice shows no mercy to pensioners

I'm so disappointed at multi choice, for years my mum was a loyal paying customer Years even working as a domestic worker. Job ended because of age and her not being able to work every month she was paying 1300 now the last month she was cut off and told she can't cut down because ages on price lock with 3 months to go. U mean to tell me an old aged loyal pensioner can not get mercy she was not saying give her freely but try understand the circumstances and besides its flippen 3 months how much have u taken from her? I myself I'm a job seeker and have to battle looking after her. Why can't u have a small package for pensioners though? Especially black ones who work as domestic workers or tea ladies etc, not every one has a job that's got packages u know. Try thinking about your loyal consumers than just sucking them dry, you really are vampires sucking pensioners clearly
