Multi choice service is no longer the same

Multi choice has canceled my channels even though my account is upto date,i never missed any payment as im paying via debit order.now im sest with tv showing error code E16-4🙄 i tried to vlear it several times but still no help.

On the other hand ive send several emails to ask for price lock subscription was told i will get a call,weeks has passed still no call. Im very disappointed at receiving Wretched service from multi choice.

Any one who knows any streaming service please plug me at *** or add comment here...
