On the 17th of June I called Multichoice to temporarily disconnect my services as I was going away. However, I was told that they no longer offer temporary suspensions. I was subsequently told that if, in future, if I want to disconnect services I should report when I go to make the payment at their outlet.

Since I was going away for almost two months and by the 7th of August, payment date, my services would be disconnected anyway I decided to leave the matter. When I came back, late August, I went to MultiChoice to reconnect my services. Sadly, I were to pay R225 more than normal as my services were only disconnected on the 25th of July instead of 7th of July... When I question the matter with the consultants they told me that its done by their system. They also told me that if I need to rectify the matter I should call their Call Centre which every time I call I hold until my airtime is finished. The last time I called is 2015-09-09 17:42

I'M SO FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I CAN'T WATCH TV UNTIL THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED.
