Multi choice robbing customers
I'm so angry. I went online to downgrade my package. everything was fine. I wake up to find out I was upgraded to premium which I never requested. now they trying to force me to pay a pro rata amount for a package I didn't sign up for. next minute they de activate my second decoder of which I've already paid the full month. don't trust dstv. when you try to downgrade they Rob you. I'm disgusted. requested a supervisor to call me three times but still nothing.
