Multi Choice RIDICULOUS AND DISCRIMINATING

I am extremely upset and disappointed in Multi Choice. I have been a premium customer of Multi Choice for almost 20 years and when I want to upgrade to a fixed price plan including decoder, I get told that as I am under debt review that I can't. I find this ridiculous as the I installment INCLUDING the decoder is less than what i am currently paying so they ate ok with my paying more under debt review but not less which includes a decoder. I have upgraded all other electronics and phones whilst under debt review and Multi Choice is the only company that won't. Ridiculous Multi Choice.
