MULTI CHOICE POOR SERVICE

Multi-choice services is terrible and i want nothing to do with their service anymore.

Debit order cancellation wasn't done and i was debited after i had requested it in Beginning of September. I called Several times and everyone tells me i will be assisted, a case number which is a customer ID is used.

i now just spoke no NOLWAZI and she said there is no cancellation on my debit order, this is FRUSTRATING AND UNACCEPTABLE.
