Multi choice is *******
I am beyond ****ed!!!!!! I keep getting disconnected every third day which forces me to call Only to be reconnected for three days! The consultants at Umhlanga branch are all useless (Sphamandla, Zikhona, Terry, is etc) they cannot assist me instead they all told me different team leaders will call me back (Naledi, Princess)! These team leaders never call back! I paid a full amount for a ****ty service! I need explanation why do I keep getting disconnected?

Another *** story is they cannot transfer calls to their team leaders! They cannot call customers back, paying customers mind you! What a ****** diservice
