So I have 2 decoders that I used to pay for separately using my smart card number but now they have combined them and everytime I pay for one using my smart card number it does not go through it requires me to pay for the other one too if not then they will close both decoders and I'd have to pay an extra fee,even if i specifically told them I'm only paying for one .
