Multi Choice - *********** representatives!
It is now the 2nd of June 2021 and I have still not received any feedback about the PVR decoder that I ordered on the 18th of March 2021!
The representatives of this company are totally ***********!
I have numerous reference numbers for all the discussions I had with various representatives!
This is extremely frustrating!

Kindly be advised that our system failed to generate a Sales Order number when processing the application. A Sales Order kicks in the delivery of the decoder, however, in this case, this did not happne.
We have escalated the query to the relevant team.
Feedback will be communicated as soon as we receive it.
