Multi Choice - Horizon

My experience with Multichoice is beyond unacceptable I am a rugular customer and pay my account and insurance each month.

I am not happy about the service I've received from the Horizon branch. First fuel are expensive and due to the fact that I do not stay close from the branch, secondly the reception service was extremely poor(very rude)

I've been taking my decoder for an update and the lady told me to take a seat, after an hour she called me and told me my dstv decoder is now updated, when I arrived home and plug in my decoder she has wipe off all my stuff and even after 48 hours she told me everything will be up in running again, the decoder is now even more damage (I can't even record anything)

There was only one person there to assist me and the service was very poor and slow. I do not have the patience, time or fuel to drive there again all the way for having the same experience and poor service.
