Telephonical you said I can cancel the router at any time,I received on February then on April I called you to cancel it and fetch it because it worthless you didn't do any thing while I already pay for it,You are the one who call me convincing about a router then I agree with and I pay but the router work for one month then it was show a red light I try to contact you ,you didn't help me then I pay I thought data it depleted maybe you going to load it but still till now I never use it,Multchoice I beg you to fetch your router as you promise if is not working I'm free to contact you,it still new and you disconnect the decoder as well, trace our call because you said calls are recorded for security checks we were agree to cancel at any time worse the router was not working,please I don't owe you,you owe me because I didn't use it I pay for nothing until I decided to stopped the debit order,even my neighborhood trying with same problem here in Germiston you can come and check.

Hence am saying even before am no longer use it it worthless come and fetch it,you promised me the time convince me to take the dstv internet router,I don't need connection ,I paid you never reconnect it so please fetch it I don't meet it ,now you reply because I wrote to Hello peter but you failed to help me calling you begging you and email you,whatsapp you ,I try by all means but you didn't help me.
